The recent devastation brought along by one of the greatest typhoons ever to hit the Philippines is so enormous that you could not hold back tears and emotions upon seeing the toll of the damages. Thousand of lives lost, people going homeless, valuable properties and businesses were lost and many more….such are the overwhelming aftermath of the calamity.
However, in the midst of all these tribulations, enormous aids in various forms came to the victims. You can feel the greatness and kindness as shared by all those who participated in the distribution of the relief goods. Countries such as US, UK, Australia, Canada, israel, China, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand and many more extended their resources such as money, personnel, expertise, food, and medicine to the much relief of the victims.
On the other hand, you can hear of heroic stories both from the victims and from those people who have come to offer comfort. These people, both local and international, have exerted their own selves to share the hurt felt by the victims.
Thus, in the plight of these people, old and young alike, many have shared their kindness and generosity to allow them in realizing that after this typhoon, there is still a great reason and purpose to hang on to LIFE.
